Job applicants are required to have a particular national qualification: applicants with recognized international equivalents are advised not to apply.is it direct or indirect discrimination. is there any specific criteria by which we could judge whether it is direct or indirect?

If the national qualification is an essential attribute of the job, it is not any sort of discrimination.
