Directors Statutory Duties

Hi Hope you are well sir, While going through the Kaplan revision kit there was a question, what are the statutory duties of a director? 1-To promote the success of the company 2-To promote the relationship between the director and the employees 3-to declare trading losses to members 4-To declare interest in an existing transaction or arrangement. The answer was 2,4 where I believe the answer should be 1,4. Please guide me on this. Thank you Regards Abdulla
