Hi, I’m looking for a full list of Directors Duties if anybody could oblige? Thanks.
Directors act as agents of the company.So,as with other types of agents,they have a duty to perform valid instructions,to act in good faith,to exercise skill and care,act within their given authority and maintain confidentiality.Agency law is worth studying as it has applications with regard to directors and partners as well as other kinds of agent.
