when voting is done for resolutions, the chair is a director, right?
and a resolution is only a meeting of members , right?
Yes, but it would be MOST unusual for each director not to hold shares so they would also get votes in general meetings of members
But I’m not sure that you aren’t confusing members’ meetings with directors’ board meetings

i am confused with who attends what meetings
Members’ meetings are attended by members (and directors)
Board meetings are attended by the members of the board = the directors
How many directors’ meetings? Ideally no fewer than 6 in any year but may be as frequent as circumstances require.
There’s no minimum nor maximum number
