c.one third
d.25%

Good day sir,I thought it was only during the first AGM that all the directors retired and each year subsequently, only one third retired.I’ll appreciate if you can explain better.
No problem! It’s a relatively recent requirement that ALL the directors of an FTSE 350 shall retire every year and seek re-election. It’s part and parcel of the growing ‘popularity’ of corporate governance
OK?
Is it only FTSE 350s or all public companies?
Not all public companies – just the big ones
OK?
Ok sir.Thank you
You’re welcome
