Purchased the fixed asset from a foreign supplier with 6 months deferred. When we book the FA in accounts we provisined for supplier.
My query is when we show in direct method cash flow at the time of FA asset entry or at the time of payment(after 6 month)?
When did the cash flow?
Then there’s your answer
If you buy something on credit, how does that affect your cash on the day you bought the asset?
