Dipifr instead of F7 & BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting !!!! Neeeeed Help

Hi folks…..
I’m new in ACCA, so I need your help. Could you please assist I passed Dipifr in russian instead of F7 and going to get exemption for it. Will I eligible for the Oxford Brookes University’s BSc in Applied Accounting or I have to pass F7 in english ?
