Did anyone else find the paper difficult? It’s seems so much different than the specimen paper for December 2014 on the ACCA website.

Hai Yen, my answers came out higher so I probably got it wrong. Balance score card question threw me, but I just wrote as much as I could to define sensible goals and performance measures relating to the scenario. Hopefully markers are generous!

I did not do well balanced scorecard. I just remember 4 perspectives. And then I based on scenario to write the goal. May be I get some marks in this question.

I remember my mix and yield being close to the answers given in te second part of te question…which gave me a little hope. The multiple choice questions I just took guesses at.

I found the mix and the yield question very straightforward. Where there any “tricks” that I might missed?
