I accidentally booked the SBR INT exam instead of the SBR UK… How will that affect my exam questions and my future Job approaches?

It will make the exam a lot easier as you do not need to learn 2 sets of accounting standards!

If you are an auditor and promoted to audit partner, you will have to sit the UK version at some stage.

Otherwise, no impact.
