    Hi

    There’s really no difference!

    Managing director is what we normally refer to in the UK but it seems that CEO is rather more popular in the rest of the World

    It’s not something to lose sleep over!

    Not a clue! I have, to my personal concern, read a number of director descriptions that claim the titles for an individual director as “CEO and Chairman” and that, of course, goes full on against the principles of corporate governance

    But I’m not convinced that you have read ‘MD AND CEO’

    Maybe you’ve read “MD (CEO)” where CEO is shown as the alternative title for a managing director
