F4 (CL is the new designation) English has a lot more of the detail of contract law than does the Global variant
The Global variant has a lot more about international trade, United Nations influence and arbitration than does the English variant
However, what is really important for you to consider is whether or not you have any ambition to move to the UK and practice as an accountant / auditor in your own right
If that is where you see your future, then you will need to have passed CL English, UK Taxation, UK Advanced Corporate Reporting and UK Advanced Auditing and Assurance
Does that help?
