General ACCADifference between Certified chartered accountant and chartered accountant?

Hi. Can somebody please explain the difference between certified chartered accountant and chartered accountant? I have seen people doing ACCA after CA and also cases where people do CA after ACCA. I tried looking for the difference but could not find a reasonable answer. thanks.
