Difference

hello Sir,
i am confused between these two theoretical 5 mark questions

1) Identify and discuss the factors to be considered in formulating a trade receivables management policy for ZSE Co.
2)Discuss the factors that should be considered in formulating working capital policy on the management of receivables.

Kaplan has given different answers to both. Can you point it out to me, where the major difference lies?
