When answering a question for example porters diamond , is it ok to answer the question without putting the answers under any headings ( like factor conditions, related and support insdustries ) ?

You need to demonstrate that you know the model and I think putting down the headings is the easiest way. You generally don’t have to explain models, but you have to be able to use them competently.
