    Hi,

    Question:
On the F4 Opentuition notes at the back of the notes it has in tabular form with list of cases, the area of law and principle

Wonder if you could give (for each case) details of
    1) The area of law and
    2) The principle behind them.
Or maybe a lecture to run through them?

    Regards

Hi – many of the cases at the back are included within the audio lectures. All the cases are in the course notes. All you have to do is read the notes, listen to the lectures, use the study text as a reference and check out on Google any cases which you are not happy about. One of the points about opentuition is that we try to point you in the right direction. We CANNOT be expected to do the work for you – you’ve got to put in some effort of your own. Otherwise, you would be expecting us to sit the exam for you!
