Dear Sir, I have a problem with understanding of one of problems in my book. Here is the extracts:
Market research has indicated that there is a linear relationship between products selling price and number of units of the form P=a-bx
At a selling price of $100 demand is expected to be 1000 units per week. For every $10 increase in selling price, demand will reduce by 200 units and for every $10 decrease in selling price weekly demand will increase by 200 units.
But you have not said what the question wants!!!
(and also, presumably there is an answer in the same book as the question. So you should ask about whatever it is in the answer that you do not understand – not simply expect a full answer from me!)
Sir, this question I already sent and have got the answer, but it appeared only now. I don’t know why it happens…
I don’t remember answering it before, but I don’t know why it happened 🙂
