Which can be delegated from superior to sub ordinate?
A) Power B) Authority C) Responsibility
I thought answer should be A
But it’s B authority . Can you please explainPower is the ability to exercise control. This might not be a legitimate exercise eg a trouble-maker or rabble-rouser might have the power to get employees to sabotage machinery.
Authority is the right, not just the ability, to exercise power and that so it is authority that is delegated.
