Respected Sir,
I would like to ask in what way may we be tested on the topic of decision trees. They Seem Fair bit easy but the calculation seem to cause minor confusions.

As I explain in the lectures, you cannot be asked to actually draw a decision tree, but you can certainly asked to prove that you understand them and that you can do the calculations involved.
That would mean they could possibly give the figure and ask us to pick what would be the best choice at a particular decision point. Thanks Sir, I got it.
