Good afternoon Mr. Moffat. I would like to ask about the decision trees. You say in the example that the research company will identify whether the result of refurbishment is likely to be good or poor but in the case that the result would be good, you put in the decision tree the choice of shutting down the office. If the research company indicates that refurbishment is good then we should have 2 options, the expensive and the cheaper refurbishment. The same thing is done if the result is poor. In the last paragraph, it says that if the research indicates a poor result, then they will consider the cheaper refurbishment. Again I can’t understand why we put as a choice the shutdown. What do I don’t get clear enough? Thank you in advance for your answer sir.

But the answer from the research is not always correct.

So even is the research says good, the result may be poor, and similarly even if the research says poor, the result may actually be good 🙂
