There are lectures already on decision trees. The lectures are a complete free course and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

You never mentioned the value of imperfect information in your first question!!
It is covered anyway – the example of page 39 (and the lecture working through it) is an example of imperfect knowledge, as is stated immediately below the example.
