Sir can u please answer me.
Q- A decision tree is a way of representing decision choices in the form of a diagram. It is usual for decision trees to include probabilities of different outcomes.
The following statements have been made about decision trees.
1. Each possible outcome from a decision is given an expected value.
2. Each possible outcome is shown as a branch on a decision tree.
Which of the above statement is/are true?
A. 1 only
B. 2 only
C. Neither 1 nor 2
D. Both 1 and 2
Please don’t simply set test questions and ask for an answer. You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question, so ask what it is about the answer that you are not clear about – then I will try and explain to you.
The answer is B (only the second statement is true).
