How did everyone’s exams go? I thought Section A and C were alright and Section B was a bit lengthy. I got mix and yield variances in Section C and ROI/RI.

Terrible for me. Section B was very tough. I had throughput & Seasonal variation, cant remember the 3rd.

As for section C I hade Budget control sheet? (Didn’t have a clue what this was really) & ROI/RI with divisions.

Reading online, people had relevant costing in section c but the question wasn’t difficult. And Building block model but the headings were given to them!

    Hardly seems fair

Yes, I also got life cycle costing and that question took so much of my time. I don’t even remember my answer this question, I was struggling with it. Did you get transfer pricing for Section A, where you had to match the number?

I believe that the non-paid volunteer employees can be considered internal stakeholders. I don’t remember what I ticked for the second option.

Yes, I believe you are right. Because if the price is elastic, the more we increase our price rate there will be less demand. At least that is how I looked at it.

I don’t remember the target costing question. I don’t think you will lose all four marks or in the RI one.

I got the exam with relevant costing and building block, although it was fairly easy the section an and b had a lot of calculations without options majority was fill in questions. The exam was also quite lengthy.

I think I got 77700 or something like that as my mix variance in Section C, it was adverse. Did anyone get anything similar to it.
