Failed my third attempt at 38%. The only positive from this is that it’s a slight improvement from 34% the last time around and 36% the first time around.

This is going to give me extra motivation to work a whole lot smarter, if not harder, in order to pass this exam in my next sitting (in the not-so-distant future).

Passed on the second attempt – 54%. Found tax difficult as a subject so releived to get it out of the way. Well done all regardless of pass or fail, none of this is easy!

I have passed with 64% first attempt. Having baby and toddler constantly crying and needing me. It was hard job. Just make notes for reliefs , pension schemes and formulas and you will pass.

Passed TX, PM and FM on first attempt this sitting. 59 for TX, thought would do better but will take it.
Advice is to get good at areas where you know you can score – the tax exam can be predictable topics wise, since we can’t be good at everything under the tax code, being a master at the basics behind indie, corp and indirect tax is still likely to lead to a pass.

Go through lectures within 20 days and also try to understand topics with the help of at least one example. Open Tuition’s notes are designed perfectly with one example after each topic. after getting done with that just practice with Kaplan or BPP exam kit. That’s all. Practice as much as you can. I got 71% in first attempt and that’s what i did. if this is the only exam you’re taking clearing it would be a piece of cake 😉 Goodluck
