Hi guys! I wish you all a PASS when the results come out. I know the waiting could feel like forever. I did not take any exams last December so not really waiting for anything. Just thought I’d greet all of you! πŸ™‚

I am taking P2 on March and it looks really tough. I’ve another optional paper after P2. Probably P7. Any advices for P2? πŸ™‚

For me, P2 was one of the easier Ps. just cover the material and practice! practice! practice!

Everybody’s status is Student, that’s normal, as the official Affiliate list also comes out the next day after the results communicated. Let’s face it, it would be super dumb from ACCA if they practically shout to finalists on the main page of myACCA about their success or failure, before the official results.

I predict a marginal fail of 47 or 48 for me on P4, which is a pity, after getting national highest marks in the previous two sittings in other P subjects πŸ™

lol, i doubt you will fail. Final paper? Did you see your professional certificate?

Thanks Kolkleen! I’m on my last two Ps. Hopefully I can finish both this year. Good luck to your upcoming results. I’m sure you’ll get a pass. πŸ™‚

    hi guys,
I, and i think everyone else, recieved an email about the update required before the 10th for receiving the results by a text or an email,
if I did not do anything will I still get my results by an email at12?
obviously they have my email already but I did not do anything regarding receiving results

another question for the old students, have you ever get an email before 12? like 11 or something.
I really can’t study anything, i did p1 and planning to do p2 and p7 in march but I am completely not sure whether I will do P1 again with the other two papers!! any advice in case I didnt pass.

    thanks and best of luck

thanks for the encouragement, we will see, but this P4 was oddly easy in terms of questions, but was ridiculously pressuring in terms of time, so this makes me quite worried how the marker will see our papers.

Couldn’t check it, unfortunately, as my employer has not paid the annual fee yet, so ACCA did not let me check any certificates.

I quite agree with you. I also wrote P4 and thought it was the easiest I had seen. However time was not friendly to me and I made a big blunder by attempting the risk management question instead of the NPV question which was a giveaway. In the end, I attempted all questions as there was no time to cancel. I’m hopeful though as I saw my professional certificate.

Paper sat in Dec: P4 (last one)
    Result theories
    Link: I get error message
Practice tests: still available to me
    Title on myACCA portal: student
ACCA number or registration number: ACCA number
Access to status report: Yes (says passed 13 out of 14 exams, hence not updated)
Access to certificates: Not anymore, however viewed ‘professional level completion certificate’ in early hours of Saturday.
Administrative review: yes still mentioned under exam and status (I guess no clue here)

    What do I think?
    After exam: expected between 45-55.
Exam performance: Fully attempted 50 mark Q1 reasonably ensuring to gain all 4 professional marks but ran over 20 mins.
Section B not attempted very good. Chose a tricky question in a hindsight would have chose the other one. Left 8 mark requirement of other chosen section B Q totally unattempted due to lack of time.

Have I passed? Yes, I think
Why I say so? Because I have seen published answers of sept/dec16 exam. Q1 and Q2 are from dec session. I left Q2 in choice which was indeed Q4 in actual dec exam.

Anyways, based on answers of Q1, I can say that I must have scored between 30-35.

    Expected mark: 55-60.

Will let you guys know tomorrow.

All the best everyone! Best wishes. F

As per my time zone it was 4:03 in the morning in Pakistan (5 hours ahead of UK)
So if you convert this to UK’s time zone it was 11:03 pm

    Link is https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_STUDENTS

According to theory mentioned on page 1 by fahad if you get error message on clicking the link above you have failed. And if you see grey and white page you have succeeded.

I get an error message but I viewed my professional level certificate. Naturally I’m more inclined to dismiss the link theory as merely a myth.

For those that get a ‘grey page’…can you upload a photo?
Also – upload a photo of these saved certificates to prove it haha.
    Just remove your number…

I can access the link and I also saw my certificate. I just saw an option to allow ACCA to include my name among the passed finalist on this link you posted. Does anyone know if this option is also present on the regular myacca page?

how do you mean? Do you think ACCA may see it as an attempt to access our results before the official release date?
