Hi John,

total value to Anatra’s investors is equity + debt=37350, why examiner included debt of $9000m, debt should be eliminate from shareholders value, that’s what the company have to pay?

Anatra’s investors are shareholders (who have invested in the shares) and debt lenders (who have invested in the debt).
