Hi. Can you please tell me how the results of 26.51, 22.68 and 26.76 from plan 2 have been calculated?

Well, 26.51 is given in the question (bottom right of table)
Plan 2 + 1a: close down a 300 MW coal a 600 MW coal and a 300 MW gas and open a nuclear station CO2 output is then:
22.43 + 0.25 = 22.68 [22.43 in answer part a]
Plan 2 + 1B: 26.51 + another nuclear at 0.25 m tonnes = 22.76
