I don’t understand how they got the figures in the profit table. Please explain the workings for the sales for the different size vans and different demands. Why is small van 1,000 for low and high demand when the selling price is the same but the demand of crates is different?
Thanks!!
A small van has a capacity of 100 crates(per question).so for either of the possibilities of demand ie 120 or 190 crates a small van can only supply 100 crates.so for both levels of demand 100*10 =1000
Got it. Thanks!
