You are right , emails are very dificult to predict, I tried this in sept 2018 and my finding pointed out to be meaningless because some people received those mails i received and passed but i failed ( Especialy ” prepare for dec 2018 )…..so the connection/link is very difficult .

Everyone, I’d really caution against reading anything into which emails you’ve received or what you can or can’t see on myACCA. Emails are sent out to pre-existing lists, they are not being sent out depending on whether you passed or failed. Those who are reading into this are really showing a lack of understanding how large corporate IT systems work.

I’m not going to go through and delete all the posts about link theory again but this theory has not been proven. Just because it may have worked for a few people doesn’t mean it works for everyone. Also I’d echo what another poster said – ACCA recently warned all students by email not to try to find out their results in an unauthorised way. If I were you I would stay away from the ebusiness site unless you have a genuine reason to use it.

I’m also waiting for the result for my final exam, but I will not be second guessing the result based on what emails I received or letters in a URL. The only true result you will get is at 00:00 GMT on Monday and we all have to wait until then. I wish everyone luck and hope you all get the result you need!

I am so happy my membership has changed to M and there is a note that says do u want your name to be included in the finalist.

I am from India and no change….so depressed now…wanted this badly….you have to login…the password in not same as myACCA so click on forgot password…and use that…then go to Change Password and Open Page source Code ..and search by member…it should say “M”

Hi, I am in UK and mine has updated to show M and tick box at around 7.30am. I checked at 6.30am and no update but now it has.

It has taken me soooo long and been such a journey but never give up.

The temptation to check is there but now with the email from ACCA about them monitoring this, I don’t want to check!
