Hi John,
Could you please help me with this.
It is stated that hotel services business accounts for 60% of the current value of Coeden. So in equity beta calculation I would use 60% of full value 42,614. In the answer it was used 100% value. Why is it so? Would not be value of equity reduced by some percentage too?
oh, I did not notice that we were told to assume that MV of equity will stay same after implementing proposal. My bad 🙂 Please ignore this question.
