is it true the they are some changes in F5 in exam structure or paper.

It is certainly true (and the ACCA has been informing about it for months in their regular emails!)

There are now three sections.
Section A is 15 MCQ’s of 2 marks each
Section B is 3 scenarios, each with 5 MCQ’s of 2 marks each
Section C is 2 long-form questions of 20 marks each
