Dear Sir,
In securitisation..what does it mean by15% of the collateral value to support a tranche of B-rated fixed rate loan notes offering investors 12%

It means that 15% of the value of the investments are security for the loan notes. So the 15% and the 60% are what have determined the amount of each type of loan notes.
