@kibalka please check your inbox. I’ve sent you a private message on open tuition.
February 3, 2015 at 6:41 am #224924@kibalka which other option did you take with P5? I suspect you did P6 right?

@kibalka which other option did you take with P5? I suspect you did P6 right?Yeah i did P6 and passed in Dec 2012 and on self study…the content is a bit demanding compared to P5 and P7 but it has the highest pass rates among the options (or should i say the least low)..The questions are direct, not too tricky and the examiner is generous.. however thats my personal preference, tax is my thing, i scored 80% in F6.. but i would recommend P6 to anyone
P6 one attempt, P5 on my 4th
I’ve replied your message
February 3, 2015 at 7:45 am #224939Correct me if I’m wrong but weren’t these topics supposed to be for people to express their expectations and feelings about exam results rather than forming a group of people who will try and crack the ACCA System?
I used to be all about getting the results early but since results are uploaded approx. a week before the official date then its better to wait another week and till then mark / see answers of the papers you attempted…
I can see there aren’t many people who have given P4 or have no motivation to come here because of the exam…
Its just 4-5 days remaining, I’ve waited close to 2 months so I can wait another 4-5 days aswell.
February 3, 2015 at 8:09 am #224945I am a finalist
I do not have permission to the above link
I have never received an email about the affiliates list.
My acca page looks normal apart from some sections missing.
I have not completed my performance objectives yet but I have achieved time spent in role
February 3, 2015 at 8:11 am #224946@P4 I gave p4 and it was OK only first question last part was difficult
February 3, 2015 at 8:35 am #224948Quite right @P4.
One of the earliest things we learn as ACCA students is professional ethics – including integrity. I cannot see much integrity in attempting to access results before they are officially available or in encouraging others to do so.
Not a trait of a the mature professionals we aspire to be in my view…
February 3, 2015 at 9:08 am #224955Very true to the above!

The link does not work for me, I do get an “Error” message. I don’t want to put too much reliance into this link before its all final on the 8th and the results are sent into my inbox. This system problems ACCA does have (including any wrong e-mails sent to people which later ACCA itself asks to disregard) are just soooo wrong and give some discouraging and misleading messages out there…I have always paid correctly the ACCA maintenance fee (this annual fee) and I don’t want my screen to look different from other’s to make me believe I failed. This is wrong towards all of those just like me, who for the very first time throughout the ACCA process, is repetitively failing the very last exam (P5).

You sat the exam; the exam has been marked; the results will be announced on the day that ACCA have always said they would be announced. Why are you wasting time and worry trying to cheat the system when you know nothing will be certain before the 8th?
February 3, 2015 at 9:41 am #224963I got an email from ACCA on the 28th of Jan. with the subject ‘ Information about exam results’. In the mail i was asked to do a mail to them if i wouldn’t like my name to be included in the list of ACCA affiliate to be published and i was also advised to update ‘My employment records’ while i wait for the release of the results. Pls, did anyone else receive
such mail from them?. Hope this is a good sign.February 3, 2015 at 9:44 am #224964@trying to cheat the system….
……….evidence of small brains….. that learn to forgetprofessional ethics deleted from their memories

The changes you see are because results are being uploaded, both those who have passed and those who havent will see them.
Btw i thought it is no longer Alex Watt for P5… and acca has stopped publishing examiners names
February 3, 2015 at 10:55 am #224971@kibalka….
Btw i thought it is no longer Alex Watt for P5… and acca has stopped publishing examiners namesIts because people were cursing them and it aint good for their lives and their families…You can imagine the kind of curses Alex Watt (P5) have received…

Either:
a) people are trying to gain early access to results and/or encouraging others to do so – lack of integrity
or
b) people are spreading and using these links even though they know leaks are not possible – lack of intelligenceNeither is particularly mature or professional.
February 3, 2015 at 12:10 pm #224980Are you saying that attempting to access results before they are officially released (even if is proves to be impossible) does not show a lack of integrity?
I am aware that there have been accidental system leaks in the past but that is a different matter to deliberately trying to gain access before the correct time.
Lack of integrity, lack of professionalism.
February 3, 2015 at 12:20 pm #224984My personal integrity does not rely purely on what ACCA answers to your question.
I have been raised to judge what is right and wrong, but you must follow your own principles.
February 3, 2015 at 12:24 pm #224988No – I mean to say I have been raised to judge what is right and wrong, but you must follow your own principles.
I think attempting to access results before they are officially released shows a lack of integrity. You seem to think it does not.
February 3, 2015 at 12:27 pm #224989Integrity means doing the right thing when no one seeing you
February 3, 2015 at 12:34 pm #224991Does pricking my itchy nose when nobody is seeing me mean that I have integrity? Just a question?
February 3, 2015 at 12:42 pm #224993pricking nose isn’t something bad its best to do it using tissue paper or handkerchief
