Hi tutor
I wanna ask why basis points have been added to find the closing future price? How we know that it’s increasing and not decreasing?The examiner was a bit naughty in this question because there is not enough information in the question to know whether the basis should be added or subtracted. You would have to be given full marks whichever you had done.
