hi, did anyone received email about ACCA Exam Feedback for Dec 2014 exams?

i did not receive any and yet i need to make a complaint about exam centre I824, blackout during exam time, P3 paper on Monday 8 December 2014 for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.

i did not blame the centre as this event is out of their control, but at least give the candidates about extra 5 minutes for answering, they only open the window’s blind about 2 minutes after the blackout.

We waster about 2 minutes right after the blackout as it was completely dark, then only candidates sitting at the window gain sufficient light, while those sitting far from the window still answering the question with minimum light.

this again might effect the candidates’ mood during the exam, even myself i was cursing the whole time and it is really uncomfortable to answer the question when you’re sweating.

I haven’t received the e-mail from ACCA too. It usually says “examination survey e-mail” but I haven’t got any e-mail asking me to take part in the survey.

I think I’ll get it later this week. @nizarsalleh why don’t you write to the exams department via myACCA and they will consider your circumstances

Here is a part of ACCA email

” If you feel that your exam performance has been adversely affected by personal circumstances or adverse conditions in the examination hall, please write separately to ACCA’s Glasgow office, email ExamsOperationsServices@accaglobal.com, as soon as possible and no later than four weeks after the exams. Where appropriate, you must include documentary evidence and certification to support any mitigating circumstances ”

    Hope this helps!

@unstopabl3 it’s surprising that they told you to write to ACCA’s Glasgow office. For me, I just wrote through my ACCA account and my exam circumstance letter was sent to my e-mail straight away so is there anything fishy here?

No nothing fishy, both emails would be sent to the same department I guess.
