Hi,
May I know why KPI , total quality costs view as suitable KPI for use in planning rather than controlling?
Any example KPI for use in controlling ? Isn’t delivery time , no.of customer complaint?
Thanks
I can’t see where the ACCA answer suggests that total quality costs are planning. I would think they are controlling.
You other examples are planning too.
