when hail acquires Rain ltd why the limits are divided by 2 ? why not 4 in previous part ?
Can you post the part of the question you are referring to?
Also note if there are dormant companies these will not be included in the limits calculation
because of the group structure. there are only 2 associates in the group Hail is in.

ok do elaborate plz when drench acquires Rain ltd we divide the limits by 4 because at that time it was associating with Flake also but when Hail acquires Rain ltd at that time it was not associating with Flake ltd ? thats why there are 2 companies am i right ?
