Hi,

Can you advise how a candidate would know what marks are been awarded in a question like the one for the above paper

verbs used are explain and criticise

explain was for 4 marks and criticise was 2

I would of taught it be the other way around. mark allocation is confusing me in questions like this and appreciate your help in identifying how to allocate appropriate points to the question been asked.
