Sir in this question part a they have mentioned ordering process as a marketing activity I understand that, but shudnt commisioned signs and sales literature provision come under service? I mean these things shud be letting the shops to sell more but how does it become a marketing activity for Perfect Shopper seeing him as a supplier to its franchisees?
April 25, 2017 at 6:42 am #383574Service usually refers ro after-sales service like installation, training and maintenance.
Ads, signs, sales literature and mail shots would all be part of sales and marketing.
April 25, 2017 at 6:53 am #383578Yes sir indeed.
But this a franchise situation where the franchiser who buys goods at cheap price and sells them to its franchisees, is providing services like specilaised leaflet distribution, sign boards with the franchise’s slogan and in-store display units as well for the franchisees’ shopsThe answer only includes the provision of leaflet distribution management and in-store display units as service while provision of commisioned signs and personalised sales literature for the franchisees shops as marketing although this will not help the franchiser to sell.more to the franchisees
