On Q1 (ii) asking about the value for money (VFM), the model answer showed that “It would be useful to obtain the data on the average police officer salary as they make up 75.5% of the total staff and they are critical to the achievement of outcomes.”
May I know where could I calculate the make up rate of 75.5% ?? Please advise.

Police officers: 37930
Administration staff 12320So, total staff = 50250
Therefore, % of police = 37930/50250 = 75.5%
