Hi I am a bit concerned of the amount of knowledge and technical no how we are expected to know for this paper. We only have a human brain so it is impossible for us to retain everything we learn and the counltess ways the examiner can question us on anything in the syllabus. Do you have any keys areas we should be focusing our time on? is there any tips you have on retaining information? thanks
December 2, 2017 at 4:57 pm #419734There certainly is an awful lot to learn for P4, however remember that it is the same problem for everyone and that the pass mark is only 50%.
It is impossible now to be able to try and guess what is likely be asked, because there are now four exams a year.
The most important thing is the approach to questions – especially question 1 – to make sure you are getting at least half the marks.
I have uploaded lectures working through several past exam questions, and in these I do discuss the approach to the question as well as obviously the technical content.
I think you will find it useful to watch some of them – you can find them linked from the main P4 page from the heading ‘Revision Kit Live”.
