Sir question 2 of this paper for swap, i m not getting examiner answer. The way i m doing is taking one fix and one variable from both party (5.5+L+.30=L+5.8)-(L+.4+4.6=L+5)=.8
Then simply taking 70% of this for keshi which is .56 then reducing .10= .46 which gives me borrowing rate of 5.5-.46=5.04
Is this correct, though answer is same ,but will i loose marks if i do it this way.
Thanks
There are several ways of setting it out – that doesn’t matter – if you end up with the same final result then no problem. You don’t lose marks.
