Please can you advise how you would approach part (a) of this question. When I have looked at the examiners answer…….I’m really confused about the requirement and his answer. I’m a use a lot of headings person but he didn’t seem to use any here and it was just lots of text.

I would go thtough each of the components of the pyramid saying what I could about each which might show good/bad aspects of performance.

I recommend using headings as these make it much easier for the marker.
