Hi,

Is it okay to use the the individual debtor names when posting sales from the journals to the debtors account in the general ledger?

You should post this in the relevant paper forum and not in the general forum.

(And we stopped using the term ‘debtors’ many years ago. They are called ‘receivables’ 🙂 )
