Hello, there are several questions
(1) From the first table, how the tax on saving on capital allowed is computed? (year 1 to 5)
(2) Why the inflated raw material and labour cost should be included in NPV computation? The note beforehand indicates that any inflation element SHOULD BE ignored.
(3) Why $200 inflow of working capital appears at the end of year 5?
(4) The second table is mistakenly printed out or not. All figures I do not understand how they come from.
Sir, the above queries are lacking some items as this is my first draft of concerning DCF. Hence, please refer to the same topic “DCF Techniques problems (course note Chapter 14 Example 1 answers). I feel regretted for causing you any inconvenience.
