I was doing the chapter 6 questions, the answer said there is some restriction on you to see your personal data, but in the notes it said subject have right to access the data. I am quite confused about it, please help!

Well, for example, you can’t have access to what the security services might hold on you.

Any restrictions are very much like that ie security related, perhaps police related too in some areas.
