SIr, what exactly do we mean by

Loss suffered should either arise as a natural consequence of the breach.

‘Loss suffered should either arise as a natural consequence of the breach.’ – you haven’t given me the full quote here!

‘a natural consequence of the breach’ – means that the loss can be directly related to the breach and is not due to any other event
