Sir, when the injured party in a anticapatory breach sues the party for damages, do they sue the fulll amount or only the profit???
Thanks
Only the profit
Think about it! How can they sue for cost of sales when there has been no cost of sales
Exceptionally they could sue for any expense so far incurred in preparation to complete the contract
OK?
