Hi
There is a deficiency given that “Daily reading of sales and reconciliations to the tills is performed in aggregate rather than for each till. ”
I have suggested a control for this deficiency that “Reconciliations should be performed on individual till by till basis rather than in aggregate ”
What can we suggest in its TOC? If I just write that “Ask for a sample of reconciliations to see whether reconciliations are performed on individual till by till basis rather than in aggregate” Would writing just this be enough? If not then please you suggest me any other TOC for the control which I have recommended
That’s fine. Almost always when you suggest a control, the ToC is really easy and straightforward: just look for simple evidence that would show that the suggested control is working.
