I wonder why tax relief loss on subsidy is not calculated in this question
e.g 80*(0.08-0.031)*0.3*discount rateIt is because the calculation of the benefit is already after tax (the examiners answer has multiplied the benefit by 70% so as to get the after-tax benefit).
