What is meant by Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention and Customer Extension? Please explain these concepts?
Customer acquisition = acquiring new customers
Customer retention = retaining customers so that they don’t go somewhere else to buy.
Customer extension = getting customers to buy more – not just volume but additional products and services.
